Michaela serves as the Director of Operations for the City Up Group in Dallas, a dynamic organization that includes the Ben Kinney Team DFW South and Home Nerds Real Estate teams. With over four years of experience in real estate operations, she is a driving force behind the systems, strategy, and structure that power multiple high-performing real estate teams across the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
In her role, Michaela oversees all aspects of real estate operations, including marketing, lead management, transaction support, compliance, agent onboarding, and client experience. She plays a critical role in ensuring each team operates efficiently, scales effectively, and delivers a consistent, high-level experience for buyers and sellers throughout North Dallas and the greater DFW area.
With a strong background in sales and a passion for operational excellence, Michaela specializes in building scalable systems, streamlining workflows, and implementing proven processes that support real estate agents at every stage of their business. Her expertise in real estate systems, CRM management, marketing strategy, and team operations allows agents to focus on what they do best—serving clients and closing deals.
